Design and technology are constantly evolving and it’s always a fun ride figuring out where things stand. As a design leader I’m involved in many different projects, and I believe experience design is the design discipline that brands know the least about. Recent conversations with both my agency and in-house colleagues result in the same opinion. However there appears to be many different definitions to describe what XD is, and what’s the best process is for it. I have a couple of ideas.
I’m interested in working with brands who are excited to embrace design in a different way. The process to uncover the value their customers desire in unique and ownable brand experiences.

Thanks to some awesome friends I’ve been able to challenge myself with a a brand identity project for a spanking new start-up. I’m doing it because I want to understand as many pieces of the XD process and following customer journey mapping as I can.
